Whether you are looking for an Outdoor Farm setting, Vineyard, Church or a Sophisticated Ballroom Indoors at a Hotel, Rocktown Events can help you find the perfect place for your event.
To start your event planning, all you need to do is contact us in some way, either by email, phone, or text. Our lead planner, Harry, will schedule an inquiry meeting with to discuss your event needs. If you decide you would like to access our services, we will start the planning process by lining up your site tours and providing you access to our planning sites, tools, and email feeds.
Once we render a service to you, it cannot be refunded. However, we are happy to refund any payments for future services that we will not provide to you. For example, if you contract for the “Get Me Home” package and do not need our staff on the day of your event, that portion of your package will be refunded to you.
At least one. If you contract for packages that require more face-to-face meetings, those too are included. We are always available by phone, email, or text. If you need additional face-to-face meetings or site tours, they can be added for fee.
We have a close relationship with several venues and hotels that we describe as “Select.” Currently, Shenandoah Valley Conference Center and On Sunny Slope Farm are part of our Select Venue Network. Hotel Madison is part of our Select Hotel Network. If you book any of these select venues or hotels, up to a $500 total discount may be provided by the select venue and/or hotel at the time of your booking.
